The Filharmonia Restaurant has menu that is an invitation to a culinary journey through various, sometimes surprising flavours. Our menu includes Kashubian dishes that have become forgotten over time, Polish classics in interesting arrangements, and dishes from all over the world .

• a unique wall painting, which presents scenes from the Dominican Fair in old Gdańsk.

Tasting menu Tastes of Gdańsk includes:
- Kashubian mustard soup,
- Wild deer dumplings,
- Apple pie with Goldwasser
